Introducing the DEEP 27 Flower Dripper. The Deep27 is designed with CAFEC’s passion that “we want many coffee lovers to enjoy really delicious coffee at home.” This is one of the go-to brewers here at Quichapa Coffee due to the deep bed of grinds caused by the steep angle of 27° that creates a brew profile unique to the Deep27.
We recommend the “osmotic” style pour over recipe. You first bloom the coffee and then do a second, slow and steady pour in the center of the bed of coffee with the remaining water.
Durable and long-lasting Tritan (Eastman Tritan™ copolyester) is a resin with an outstanding toughness, chemical resistance, thermal transfer resistance, and high visual transparency. Because it is more flexible than conventional resin, it is hard to break even if it is accidentally dropped. Thus, suitable for outdoor use as well. It is a dripper that can be used for a long time.
