Traditional Espresso Single Origins Blend
Most Italian espresso blends have a tradition of using 10-20% dark roasted commodity robusta in with dark roasted commodity arabica. What we have done with the Traditional Espresso is make a specialty up-graded re-interpretation.
We have four single origin coffees: First our single origin India Kerala specialty robusta that is light roasted, then our single origin Yunnan Menglian Kaku light roasted, then our Menglian Dongka dark roasted and lastly our Pedralva Brazil dark roasted. We think the espresso speaks for itself and really shines as a double restretto!
Flavor profiles are cherry, grapefruit and pineapple. Tobacco, smokey caramel, nutty dark chocolate and full bodied. Available in 6oz bag or 1Kilo bag. Whole Bean or Filter Grind.
